To apply for a place for your child at Maxholme Nursery School, please fill in the form below with your details and preferred sessions. Applications can be made and will be considered throughout the year.
Following receipt of your application, a member of staff will be in touch with you to confirm availability. If you have not heard back from a member of staff within a week please contact us.
A £25 application fee will be due to secure your child’s place with us.
